• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a valid quality issue.
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Customers should contact us within 7 days of receiving their order and provide their order number and clear photos (if applicable).
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange or refund according to our policy.
